| The Four stages of The Blue Note’s Modus Operandi: We welcome both verbal and written briefs from clients. This could often assume the role of a ‘Kgotla’ - a brainstorming session where issues are identified and prioritized. A proposal would evolve out of the briefing, which would cover the objectives, methodology, duration and cost of the envisaged project. Findings from a Research and Audit could form a basis of our strategy development. Network International and its Team Resources in conjunction with Client would tackle this task. We believe in the continuous monitoring and appraisal of an implemented project, to determine it’s effectiveness and to allow for it’s fine-tuning. This completes the circle of our service delivery.
